ICM Commences Renovations And Project Rebranding Edina 100 (Formerly One Corporate Center IV), Edina, MN

ICM Group, a fully integrated international real estate investment and management firm, announced today that it has commenced renovations on Edina 100 (formerly known as One Corporate Center IV), one of the area’s best located office properties at 7301 Ohms Lane in the highly desirable Edina submarket. The property was purchased in December 2016 by ICM.

A new tenant conference and meeting center, tenant lounge and base building system modifications are some of the major improvements being constructed. Additionally, ownership is building several spec suites in order to accommodate tenants with limited time to secure a new office.

Coupled with the renovation is the property’s rebranding into Edina 100.
